As the Venture Manager for the Elevate IP Program, Cameron increases the accessibility, awareness, and support for intellectual property support across Alberta. He works directly with entrepreneurs and service providers to:
- Educate startups and BAIs on IP to increase the accessibility of IP support and encourage the exchange of best practices.
- Empower underrepresented groups by offering IP support to foster equitable accessibility and inclusivity.
- Elevate Alberta startups through enhanced IP support tailored to individual needs to enable rapid scaling and sustainable growth.
Martin Ciuk, MSc. Associate Director Science & Engineering, Technology Transfer
As the Associate Director for the Science and Engineering portfolio within Innovate Calgary, Martin is responsible for the technology transfer operations focused on science and engineering, including business development, industry partnering, licensing, and startup creation.
