OUR SPACE
Built with accessible and sustainable practices, the 18,000+ square foot, loft-style space is open to Edmonton's diverse and growing innovation communities, contribute to the innovation identity of our city, and showcase Edmonton’s innovators as engines for tackling global challenges.
Your Hub for Innovation in Edmonton
Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(Hours may vary.)
- Hot desking (first-come, first-serve*)
- Meeting rooms and private phone rooms (booking required)
- Program delivery and collaboration spaces
- Ideation labs for brainstorming and problem-solving
- 100-seat retractable event space (the Pitch Deck)
- A welcoming Community Café and gathering area

Space for Work
Founders and innovation community members have access to hot desking, phone rooms and meeting rooms on a first-come, first-serve basis. This includes groups of up to three people.
Four or more people within one group needing a meeting room or ideation lab must submit a request form for the space (Click the button below). An online booking tool is coming soon.
No rental space is available at this point in time. Anyone looking for rented space, please consider connecting with our friends at Work Nicer, The Workup, or Melcor.

Space for Events
Looking for a space to host your next workshop, meetup, or mission-aligned event? We’d love to hear from you.
Groups of four or more participants must complete the request form (click the button below) to inquire about space availability. Please submit your request at least 2–3 weeks in advance.
We do our best to accommodate, but please note that space is not guaranteed — especially for last-minute requests. All event bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from an Edmonton Unlimited team member.

Innovation Gallery
To celebrate local innovators and contribute to a sense of innovation identity and pride, we worked with two local companies, Reimagine and Vignettes, to create a revolving display of innovation through arts and culture. This initiative was funded by PrairiesCan.
The launch displays were inspired by United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goal 11: to make cities and human settlements inclusive, resilient and sustainable. On the feature wall, threaded into Edmonton’s iconic North Saskatchewan River, are renderings of four local startups:
- Waste-to-energy company, Varme Energy
- Data visualization powerhouse, RUNWITHIT Synthetics
- Green energy battery leaders, Grengine
- Student housing marketplace, Elev
We are also proud to showcase local artists, each using innovation in their work. You’ll see their pieces throughout our space, as well as an international exhibit on the theme of post-pandemic cities of the future.
