Flagship Event of Edmonton Startup Week Showcases Local Innovators, with a Chance to Win $10,000 Cash Prize* in Celebration of 10th Anniversary.
Edmonton, AB August 16, 2023 – Showcasing 10 of Edmonton’s hottest startups, Launch Party is the annual flagship event of Edmonton Startup Week, a community-led event celebrating its 10th year and produced by Edmonton Unlimited. This October, the $10,000 cash prize aims to ensure that one winning company has early capital towards a major growth milestone.
“Innovation is a team game and we’re excited to build upon the successes of Launch Party in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Edmonton Startup Week with the announcement of this significant prize for one lucky local startup,” said Edmonton Unlimited CEO Catherine Warren. “The idea behind Launch Party is to identify and introduce 10 amazing Edmonton startups for all Edmontonians to support and celebrate in the year ahead. With this prize we are recognizing ten years of community success celebrating startups and kick-starting a $10,000 opportunity for a winning Launch Party company.”
