WIRED FOR POTENTIAL
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This is not a typical leadership program. It is a rare opportunity to equip women tech founders and leaders with the internal tools, community support, and leadership frameworks required to increase impact, resilience, and entrepreneurial confidence.
This program focuses on the internal shift required to scale:
- From operator to enterprise leader
- From reactive decision-maker to strategic architect
- From individual high-performer to system builder
- From carrying it alone to leading through others
The work is reflective and results-oriented — grounded in the belief that scaling a company requires scaling the leader.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Wired for Potential is designed for women tech founders and senior leaders who are actively scaling ventures with validated traction.
This program is for leaders who:
- Directly influence teams, culture, and company direction
- Are transitioning from hands-on operator to enterprise-level leader
- Recognize that the next stage of growth requires stronger systems and sharper judgment
- Are ready to delegate, redesign roles, and lead through others
- Want to scale both their company and their leadership capacity
We are seeking ambitious, values-driven women building tech companies and committed to strengthening the broader innovation ecosystem.
Participation is application-based and cohort size is intentionally limited. This experience is best suited for those ready to engage fully, contribute meaningfully, and commit to a shared standard of excellence.
