About Ted Yoo
Ted Yoo is a registered patent and trademark agent in both Canada and the United States. With a BSc in Microbiology and Chemistry and an LLB from the University of Alberta, he brings deep scientific expertise and practical legal insight to his practice.
His work focuses on intellectual property strategy, patent prosecution, licensing, freedom-to-operate opinions, and IP due diligence for financings and M&A. Ted has extensive experience advising clients in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, and advanced materials.
